Chris Willey
Chris Willey is the Director of the Immersive Media Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The lab is an antidisciplinary collaborative that focuses on emerging technologies. Our research aligns the spheres of science, culture, and technology through the lens of creativity.
Willey is a Lecturer at UW-Milwaukee where he shares focus on the connections between technology and creativity. Willey is a published author, curator, as well as an internationally exhibited artist.
Notable Honors: JoAnne Lazirko Teaching with Technology Award (2013), Leslie Whitaker Award for Digital Arts and Culture (2015), Lubar Entrepreneurship Center’s Innovation Fellow (2018-19), Digital Humanities Fellow (2018-19).
